We offer an onboarding process in which we will help you every step to make sure that your team gets a complete understanding of the platform. After you install our system, you will receive personalized training and tools to successfully implement it in your print shop. It begins with 1 Orientation Session, to learn how to navigate the system, identify the global search and the Help Center, and designate a Champion in your print shop. Afterward, there are 3 Customer Success Sessions, first to learn about how to configure basic communications, the customer view, and how to use the chatter, secondly to configure billing automation, proofs, and reports, and finally to find out about managing prospects and actual customers.

You have the option to connect in one-on-one online sessions to clarify any questions or concerns regarding your print shop. As well, you can submit tickets so our staff helps you to create custom communications, reports, and dashboards, and within 24 hours to 7 days, you will get the response you need. PlanProphet’s Champion Program is a set of advanced training sessions, where a designated person of your staff will receive systematic knowledge and information to become an expert user. With exclusive access to features before their release and priority support tickets, your Champion will ensure that your team can use our system fully. It is also a space where you can meet people from other print shops, exchange ideas on more efficient ways of working, and talk about industry trends. A perfect place for networking. Sessions are held online, twice a month, and have no extra cost.
The Champions Summit is a yearly conference hosted by PlanProphet, where you can learn the uses and improvements of our system. Organized in a two-day workshop, participants have the chance to assist presentations held by our experts about many significant topics related to the sector.
